Deck replacement and enhancement.

Originally, the client asked us to simply repair the deck by replacing the unsafe deck boards. However, during that initial process the true condition of the structure was revealed. After discussing potential resolutions with them, we were asked to replace the entire structure, and to add a trellis roof.
